This page is deliberately thin: it identifies who is behind flippywalls.somia.digital, says what this site is and who owns what is on it. All the detail lives in the other two documents, and this page simply points to them.

2. What this website is

flippywalls.somia.digital is the website of Flippy Walls, a one-tap arcade game for iPhone (it also works on iPad) where you jump from wall to wall, flip in mid-air and chain combos. The site explains what the game is about, publishes the legal documents and offers a support form.

Nothing is sold here, nobody signs up here and no accounts are opened here. Flippy Walls is downloaded from Apple’s App Store; the game’s optional purchases are made inside the game, with the player’s Apple account, not on this site.

3. What your browser stores here

Nothing. This site is static HTML and CSS, without a single line of JavaScript: it sets no cookies, uses no browser storage, loads no third-party scripts or fonts and does no analytics or tracking. That is why you will find no consent banner or cookie policy here: there is nothing to consent to.

The only exception is the support form on the home page, which sends nothing unless you fill it in. What is done with it, how long it is kept and on what legal basis is explained in section 8 of the Privacy Policy.

The provider that hosts and serves the pages, Netlify, Inc. (United States), logs technical access data to operate and protect the service, as any web server does.

4. Intellectual property of this site

The texts, images, illustrations, design, code and any other element of this website belong to Somia Digital or its licensors, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Flippy Walls, its characters and Somia Digital are distinctive signs of the owner.

What you can do without asking us: link to this site, and quote extracts from it for informational or teaching purposes citing the source, under the terms of article 32 of the consolidated text of the Intellectual Property Law.

What you need permission to do: reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate or transform this content for any other purpose, especially a commercial one.

This site is informational. We try to make sure what it says is accurate and up to date, and we may modify, suspend or withdraw it whenever necessary and without prior notice.

Links that take you away from here — to the App Store and to any other third-party page — are not ours: we do not control their content or practices, and linking to them does not mean we recommend them.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of this site, from its unavailability or from errors or omissions in its content. Liability relating to the Flippy Walls game is governed by section 11 of the Terms of Use, which is where it is set out in full detail and with all its limits.

7. Governing law and contact

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer and live in another European Union member state, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of your country.
